Manufactured circa 1969. Left side of barrel is marked "POLICE POSITIVE SPECIAL /.38 SPECIAL CTG." and the right side has the one-line Hartford address, with a Rampant Colt on the left side plate. Grips are checkered with Rampant Colt medallions. Complete with Colt "wood grain" box numbered to another gun.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original blue finish with some minor muzzle wear and a light cylinder drag line. The grips are also excellent with only the slightest handling marks. The box is excellent.

B) Manufactured in 1967. Standard Colt markings, ramped blade front sight with adjustable rear target sight and checkered grips featuring Colt medallions. Comes with a Colt "wood grain" box numbered to gun.

The grips are also excellent with only the slightest handling marks. The box is very good with a couple tape repaired corners, a tear on top of the lid, and some minor edge wear.
