A) Manufactured in 1875. Standard two line Hartford barrel address with the etched panel on the left barrel side and "38 CAL C" stamped on the left frame side. Barrel is numbered to gun.

Condition: Fine. The revolver retains 70% original nickel finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The small parts retain half of the original niter blue. The grips are very fine with most of the varnish remaining, some minor high edge wear, and some minor handling marks. The etched panel is legible.
- B) Manufactured from 1871-1877 this is an example of a standard model with a sloping hammer and without an ejector rod. Barrel is numbered to the gun and has the two line Hartford address. Nickel plated hammer and trigger. Fitted with smooth grips.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 95% original nickel plate with most of the loss on the cylinder and barrel. The grips are excellent showing some minor high edge wear and a few minor handling marks with most of the varnish remaining. Mechanically fine.
