Two Antique Colt Pocket Revolvers A) Colt New Line Pocket Revolver with Etched Panel and Holster
Manufactured in 1876. German silver blade front and frame notch rear sights, with the two line Hartford address marked on top of the barrel, etched "COLT NEW 30" panel on the left side, and the bottom is marked with the patent date and serial number. Matching serial number on the rear cylinder face. Nickel finish with fire blue trigger, screw heads and hammer with polished sides, and fitted with smooth two piece varnished walnut grips. Complete with a brown leather flap holster.

Condition: Very fine. The revolver retains 90% of the original nickel finish with flaking on the muzzle, cylinder and frame ahead of the cylinder. There are some minor scratches. The grips are also very fine with most of the original varnish, some minor high edge wear and a few minor dents and scratches. Almost all of the fire blue finish remains on the hammer. The markings and etched panel are clear. The action is excellent. The holster is very good with some moderate to heavy wear and tight stitching.

B) Colt Open Top Pocket Revolver
Manufactured in 1872. Fixed sights, with the two line Hartford address flanked Maltese crosses on top of the barrel and matching serial numbers on the butt, barrel lug and each grip panel. Nickel finished with fire blue hammer and trigger, and fitted with smooth two piece varnished walnut grips.

Condition: Very fine. The revolver retains 80% original nickel finish with almost all of the finish loss due to flaking on the frame. There are a few minor dings and scratches on the barrel and cylinder. The exposed brass has an aged patina. 90% of the niter blue finish remains on the hammer and trigger sides. The grips are excellent with some minor high edge wear, 99% original finish remains and a few scattered minor dings and scratches. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
