Terms and Conditions for Internet Bidding on Real Estate:
In order to bid online, each property requires a bid deposit. ($1,000.00 deposit for vacant land or timeshares and $10,000.00 deposit for each improved property). Online bidders must E-mail to info@absoluteauctionrealty.com with a list of properties they wish to bid on, along with working telephone and fax numbers. They must also forward the required funds. All deposits must be received NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS prior to the auction. Internet bidders will have to download, sign and fax (845-635-5140) the acknowledged "Terms & Conditions" form from the AbsoluteAuctionRealty.com website to Absolute Auction & Realty, Inc. Once funds and signed terms are received, bidders will be approved for Internet Bidding. Unsuccessful bidders will have their deposits refunded to them.
