You have the opportunity to bid on three fashion prints by Gatine. Georges-Jacues Gatine (c. 1773-c. 1825) was a prolific French engraver. These fine giclée prints are from engravings Gatine had done in colloaboration with two French artists: Louise-Marie Lanté and Benoît Pécheux. Each of the three prints feature a French woman in traditional regional costume, including an elaborate headdress. Each particular region is mentioned in the title at the bottom of the print. The three prints had each been beautifully matted and framed by the Beaucoup art gallery in Bozeman. Each is in excellent condition and meausures 14.5" wide x 18.25" tall.
