Please note that we will offer Lot #11 as one money for lots 12-14a and then we will close the bidding and then we will offer each lot 12 - 14a individually and then close the bidding. Which ever brings the highest bid will win. If the total of lots 12-14a is more than the bid for Lot 11, then each will sell individually. If the total of 12-14a does not exceed the bid of Lot 11, then it will sell to the highest bidder on lot 11 for one money. We will then reopen the lots and assign the highes
