The finest known carved Slim Jim holster for 1860 colt Army marked Freund and BR (Denver, Colorado) pictured on page 88 in “Packing Iron” and on page 223 in “The Freund Brothers” book. The holster retains its original plug and stitching and is in very good condition. Original wide belt loop is still retained on the back of the holster. The condition is fine to near excellent with just slight use and normal aging and there has been a hole drilled for tie-down towards the tip during period of use. Est.: $6,000-$12,000.
