This is a gorgeous near-mint 2nd printing of the poster for a Sunday afternoon show at San Francisco's Fillmore Auditorium, featuring The Yardbirds, and Country Joe and the Fish.
This double bill featured a British marquee act and a local Bay Area staple. The Yardbirds place in guitar history is firm, and this incarnation featured both Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page on dual lead guitars. Berkeley's Country Joe & The Fish pounded out their own combination of psychedelia and socially relevant messaging. Condition is superb!
*For fans of music history, this is widely thought to be one of the best performances of the rare double-lead combo of Beck and Page. Page had originally joined the band as replacement for the previous bass player, Paul Samwell-Smith. Eventually Page picked up the guitar when Beck missed some tour dates due to illness. When Beck returned, Page stayed on with the guitar while Chris Dreja (who'd been playing rhythm) returned full time to the bass. This double guitar attack wouldn't last long and many feel this Fillmore show was the peak for this lineup.

The winning bidder is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full.
Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the auction close. Credit cards on file will be charged 72 hours after the close, if other arrangements (i.e. paypal, etransfer, etc) are not confirmed by email by the purchaser.
In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within 72 hours (unless email arrangements are made), the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the winner bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer.
The winning bidder hereby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be deemed as abandoned. The auctioneer shall have the right to resell or dispose of such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser.
If for any reason, Galaxy Auctions Canada is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Galaxy Auctions Canada shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
It is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder to remove their items within the prescribed time.
Galaxy Auctions Canada is not responsible for shipping Carrier's lost or damaged items.
If shipping is not arranged within 72 hours the buyer agrees the auctioneer may auto ship all items at the buyers expense.
