The Protector Palm Pistol (offered by the Minneapolis Firearms Co. and actually produced by James Duckworth of Springfield, Mass.), .32 extra short cal., 1-3/4” round barrel, nickel finish, black hard rubber side plates, #9143 in overall fine condition showing majority of its original nickel finish, matching serial numbers on interior, very good action at time of description and clean interior; hard rubber side plates are overall very good with one turned somewhat brown from exposure to sunlight (nothing serious); somewhat smaller in size than its competitor of the time, the Chicago Palm Pistol.
