Once an Orange Grove, Now a Luxurious Golf Resort
A desert oasis located in what was once an orange grove, the Orange Tree Golf Resort is one of Arizona's finest luxury golf vacation destinations. Recently awarded a Green Award for the Scottsdale Green By Design Award from the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Orange Tree Golf Resort has been recognized by the community for its green efforts in reducing non-recyclable waste, reducing water usage and implementing a recycling program on property.
At the heart of Orange Tree is a beautifully maintained Parkland-style 18-hole USGA-rated championship golf course, long considered one of Arizona’s most renowned traditional golf courses.
At Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale you will also find a variety of nearby dining and entertainment choices, a fitness center, a crystal clear pool amidst cascading waterfalls, towering palms and flower-filled gardens — all in a superb location in the heart of the American Southwest.
Unwind in luxuriously appointed and exquisitely decorated guest suites with large, comfortable living rooms and sleeping areas. French doors open onto your patio or terrace, with breathtaking views of the surrounding desert. Each suite features a two-person whirlpool tub to relax in, providing the perfect way to end your day.
And when you are ready to venture beyond Orange Tree’s 128 lush acres, explore the striking beauty of the Scottsdale area and the Sonoran desert. River rafting, hot air ballooning, shopping, art museums, the Phoenix Zoo, as well as the majestic Grand Canyon…you will find there is so much to experience in the heart of America’s Southwest.

You will be responsible for the delivery.
If you are unable to pick the item up, you will then be responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with getting the item(s) you purchased.
If you buy a timeshare:
a. You will receive a Notarized Quitclaim Deed, where we are simply transferring whatever interest we own to you.
b. Recording - You will need to record the Quitclaim Deed with the county clerk's or county recorder's office. Make copies for yourself before sending off the original. There will be a recording fee of about $10 and up. Check the clerk's website or call the recorder's office. The county will often have specific requirements for recording that you must meet, or the deed will be sent back. Most specifically, you must pay ALL of the recording fees. Sometimes, the various states require a "use fee" or "sales tax" or "county fee" other fee to be paid at the same time. Sometimes there are additional affidavits or tax forms detailing the dollar amount of the sale and the contact information of the parties - especially if taxes are involved!! Many of these forms can be downloaded from the websites of the county clerk's office.
c. Resort Notification - the buyer must send a letter to the resort or management company detailing the transaction. The letter should include the designation of the timeshare, the week and unit number, and season. Also, the contact information of the purchaser including social security numbers, telephone numbers, and addresses should be included. List who has the rights to particular weeks, and billing addresses and dates from which responsibility for paying maintenance fees and other delinquent amounts will transfer. There may be a transfer fee ($10 UP) collected by the resort - most likely if the resort is part of a larger group. Finally, the purchaser must insure that the resort gets a copy of the signed, notarized AND recorded deed. Many will not transfer ownership records (and allow rights to use) until such is received.
