The Canadian Federation of Outfitter Associations (CFOA) is proud to offer a unique adventure package at the 2014 SCI Convention. The package consists of hunting and fishing trips in five different Canadian provinces and territories. This allows the winning bidder to visit a wide variety of landscapes and hunting grounds, and some of the nicest rivers in Canada. The Great Canadian Adventure includes: 1) a mountain caribou, wolf, and wolverine hunting trip in the Northwest Territories; 2) a black bear hunt in New Brunswick; 3) a duck and geese hunt in Alberta; 4) a duck hunt and fishing trip in Ontario; 5) a northwestern white-tailed deer hunt in Saskatchewan. All adventures are provided by some of the most reputable outfitters in Canada. These trips can be taken in 2014 or 2015 (check individual outfitter for more information). It is recommended that the winning bidder contacts each individual outfitter before April 1st 2014. More information is available on the CFOA website http://canada-outfitters.com/ MacKenzie Mountain Outfitters Ltd will conduct a 7-day, 2x1 guided mountain caribou, gray wolf, and wolverine hunt for two hunters. Method of take will be either rifle or bow. Schedule hunt with outfitter for open dates in September of 2014 or 2015. No alternate dates are available. This hunt includes trophy fees for donated game for two hunters, meals, accommodations, 2x1 guide service, and field prep. Trip comes 'as is'; no additional hunters, observers, or extensions are possible. Not included are licence ($100), tag ($400), any before/after hunt expenses, CITES permit (only if wolf is taken), and gratuities. Arrival/departure point is Edmonton. Schedule with outfitter for open dates May-June or October of 2014 or 2015. No alternate dates are available. Included are cabin accommodations, meals, guide service and field prep. Additional hunters are welcome for $3,100 and observers for $800. Not included are firearm permit, tag ($185), dipping/packing and shipping and gratuities. Here two hunters/anglers will get the chance to hunt ducks and fish for walleye and Northern pike for 3-days with 2x1 guide service. Included are meals, accommodations, 2x1 guiding, air charter, and fish freezing facilities. Not included are any before/after hunt expenses, licence (approx. $200), and gratuities. Included are meals, accommodations, trophy fee for one white-tail, 2x1 guide service, and field prep. Extra hunters are welcome for $5,000 (not including HIC or tax) and observers for $1,500.
