ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you become the successful high bidder you become the buyer and the buyer shall not retract any bid. As the Buyer you are responsible for the lot he or she purchases from the time the auctioneers calls the item sold. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers or its staff assumes any responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft occurring after the hammer falls. Please protect your own merchandise from the time it is sold to the time you check it out.
PAYMENT of your items must be paid in Cash or Certified Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. Absolutely no checks will be accepted. Buyer must pay purchases in full on day of auction. No purchases will be removed without receipt showing payment in full.
VEHICLES being sold at today’s sale may be subject to a minimum bid or seller’s approval at the time of auction. Upon becoming the winning bidder you will be required to make a cash deposit of $300 dollars minimum or 25% of the bid price. Buyers will be responsible to pay $55.00 dollars for a smog certificate, $45.00 dollars document fee, and current registration on each vehicle. Buyer must complete all title work before vehicle will be released from the auction facility. Buyer has the option of demanding the title and taking the responsibility of vehicles registration upon themselves.
