<b>Bidding</b>
In order to bid at auction, you must register for a paddle by purchasing a catalog. At this time, prospective purchasers are asked to provide the full name of the responsible party, address, telephone number, and driver’s license. Bidding will be in accordance with the lot numbers listed in the catalog or as announced by the Auctioneer. If a question should arise regarding your bid, please advise the Auctioneer at the time of the dispute. The Auctioneer has final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lots in dispute.
<b>Estimates</b>
Schrager Auction Galleries, Ltd., does not provide pre-sale estimates. Where prices are stated, such information, having originated with the Consignor or in reference material, is passed on as part of other pertinent information to assist prospective buyers.
<b>Payment for Purchased Property</b>
If you are the successful bidder on a lot, payment is to be made promptly following a sale. You will not be permitted to take delivery of your purchases until payment is made. Payment may be in cash, check, DISCOVER, VISA or MASTERCARD. Financial approval privileges may be granted or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Schrager Auction Galleries, Ltd.
<b>Proxy Bidding</b>
When bidders are unable to attend the sale, Schrager Auction Galleries will enter their bids via our proxy bidder without charge. For each lot number listed on the proxy bid sheet, the bidder agrees to unconditionally accept the items purchased on their behalf through the proxy-bidding process. All proxy bids are subject to the Conditions of Sale. Such bids will be executed at the lowest possible price. Every care will be taken to assure accuracy regarding proxy bids, but SCHRAGER AUCTION GALLERIES DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRO
