Item/Description: Lot of 7 various Swarovski crystal figurines of vehicles and animals.
Airplane: Crystal Airplane from the "When We Were Young" collection, introduced in 1990 and retired in 1999.
Penguin: Large Penguin crystal figurine, first introduced in 1984 and retired in 1995.
Lion Cub: "African Wildlife" Lion Club featuring a small cub with its paw in the air, introduced in 1997 and retired in 2004.
Alligator: From the "Endangered Species" collection, the Mini Alligator was released in 1998 and retired in 2005. Features striking blue-green crystal eyes.
Clam Shell with Pearl: Retired "Aquatic Worlds" Open Clam Shell with Pearl crystal figurine sold from 1998-2003.
Train: Swarovski Crystal Mini Train set featuring a locomotive, three carriages, and a track mirror. Mirror not pictured. From the "When We Were Young," sold from 1995-2005.

Descriptions including photographs, condition, authenticity, provenance, artist, origin and measurements are believed to be accurate, however, neither Taurus Auctions, the auctioneer nor consignor makes any warranty or representations of any kind to the merchandise being offered. All measurements and weights are approximate. It is the bidders responsibility to confirm all description information on their own. We encourage all potential bidders to preview our items in person. 2. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for any omission or errors in the description or a further verbal description given by the auctioneer(s) the day of the auction or by any employee preceding or following the auction.
3.We do our utmost to pack our items with the highest standard of care and protection and only ship with professional and insured shipping services but will not be held responsible for items once they leave our facility. Once payment is received, your order will be added to our shipping queue and will typically ship with-in 3 to 5 business days.
4. Taurus Auctions reserves the right to withdraw lots prior to the commencement of each auction.
5. Estimates published, showing both a high and low end range for each item, are of the opinion of Taurus Auctions as to the fair auction value for each item. Taurus Auctions makes no warranties as to finite value for item(s) sold. You as the bidder decide the final price.
6. While many lots are listed without reserve prices, at times, Taurus Auctions or its consignors may assign minimum selling prices to select lots in each auction. Taurus Auctions may execute bids on the behalf of our consignors due to reserve prices.
7. Taurus Auctions reserves the right to refuse admission to our facility, reject any bid or to refuse to acknowledge certain bidders. The highest bidder, whether in the salesroom, absentee, on the telephone or online will be acknowledged and recorded by the auctioneer.
8. No auction lot can be removed from the gallery until payment has been accepted and cleared. Please see our payment, pickup and shipping section for further details. All items won must be paid for within five (5) days or a dispute will be filed and opened.
9. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium of 25% and any applicable taxes.
10. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for items left at our facility for more than fifteen days. Taurus Auctions may also charge a $100 restocking fee for items cataloged.
11. Purchases are subject to 8.375 % New York State sales tax unless you are a registered dealer or re-seller and exempt from state and local sales tax in which case a completed New York resale certificates must be provided to Taurus Auctions prior to the time of purchase.
12. Taurus Auctions is not liable for damaged or missing items after they are signed out and removed from the gallery. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for or liable for any lots paid for and not picked up within 14 days of auction date. By departing from the pickup site you, or your agent, acknowledges that you have all your items and that you are satisfied with them. No claims are permitted after removing items from the premises, as condition issues cannot be validated once items are released into your possession. Taurus Auctions is open Sunday through Friday 9AM - 6PM for pick up. Call or email for appointment.
13. In providing your credit card information to pay an invoice, you authorize Taurus Auctions to charge the cost of product and/or service to your credit card either through the payment portal or as indicated on signed, paper authorization form. This payment is for goods/ services won at auction and certifies that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated. By registering to participate and providing credit card information, you are accepting all the responsibility for the transaction to ensure full payment to the merchant and acknowledging that all sales are final. You will inform Taurus Auctions immediately if use of this card is no longer valid.
14. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for purchasers' on-line bidding errors or mishaps.
