This is a WWII German Luger marked "42" on the chamber and "byf" on the toggle. The left side of the barrel extension is marked with the serial number and the left rear of the frame is marked "P.08". The extractor and upper safety area are marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively. The front of the frame is marked with the serial number and the right side of the barrel extension is marked with "eagle/135" proofs and an Eagle firing proof. Magazine is blank, otherwise external numbers match. Checkered grips. With a black leather flap holster, marked "cea/1942", "eagle/WaA706" (Heinrich Thiele, Dresden) and "P.08" on the rear, with an extra magazine and a "135" proofed takedown tool.
