No publishing date but probably circa 1900-1910, Stonewall Jackson by John Esten Cooke shows the full life story of this well known military figure. 464 pages, most of the dust jacket is there except for the spine cover, good condition to the book.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined.
