Possibly from the maker Campbell Metcalf as there is an arrow running through some sort of maybe crown, set of 4 ash trays, marked sterling, each corner for an tobacco product, 2 3/4" square. I am not sure if the center of the ash tray has a stylized match flame or if there is a monogram of an M with some sort of insignia over the top. Probably 1940s or 50s, and these are not light weight sterling.
