All purchases must be paid for on auction day unless doing an absentee bid. There is a 18 percent buyers premium added to all successful bids.

Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.
Merchandise must be removed from auction premises within 2 business days following the sale to avoid a storage charge of 10% per lot, per day. Shipping and/or fright can be arranged at purchaser’s expense.
