Springfield 1884 Trapdoor Rifle in .45 - .70 caliber # 425261 remaining in good to very good original condition. 70 – 80% blue on barrel, traces of blue on lock, slight drifting case hardening on action. Stock fair to good with outline of partial cartouche. One long stress crack on left side of stock measuring 9” between bands. Minor ding, mars, dents, scratches, and et cetera. Original rods, sights, and small parts all retained. Good action, exceptional and bright bore that is pristine. Est.: $350 - $700.
