Springfield 1884 Carbine, 45/70 caliber, Serial #341533. The carbine is in overall very good condition as re-finished with a 22” barrel. The barrel retains a significant amount of its blued finish, featuring a folding ladder rear sight with scattered light erosion and light surface rust evident. The action also shows the majority of its blued finish. The smooth wood stocks have been re-finished and are in overall good condition, with a U.S. marked crescent metal buttwith trap. The carbine retains its saddle ring with no visible cartouches on the stock. The bore is very good, action crisp and markings are legible on this carbine. (Antique). Est.: $250-$450
