Watkyns, Captain G.A. Woody and Armory proof assistant, A.L.Woodworth and in conjunction with Colonel Townsend Whelen, resulting in the development of the popular .22 Hornet cartridge. This gun is .22 Hornet cal., 20-1/2” Winchester bull barrel, blue finish, wood stock, hard rubber butt pad, sling swivels, scope mounts, #19477 in overall very good condition with a very good bore, crisp action, very good markings and wood stock.
