Snyder conversion of 1862-dated British Enfield to .577 caliber centerfire. Breech shows “BSA” markings. Metal surfaces are in good condition showing traces of original blue on barrel, strong traces of casehardening on lock. Stock is very good with “RM” and Enfield cartouche on right center of buttstock. Left buttstock is marked “DC” in diamond shape. The buttplate is marked “7” over “67” in numerals. Stock is good to verygood with some dings, mars, dents with small losses. Original cleaning rod is retained. Bore is very good plus and may clean to excellent. Est: $600 - $1,200
