Snyder breech-loading rifle by J. C. and A. Lord, .577 caliber, grey patina finish, checkered wood stock. Rifle shows 21” round barrel, 39-1/2” overall. Metal surfaces have been lightly cleaned. Stocks have been sanded and cleaned, lightly recheckered. The interior is good, bore surprisingly good. Shows hand-cut barrel address with Birmingham & Bombay address. Many of these early cartridge rifles were used in Africa andIndia during the colonial eras. Est: $400 - $800
