Smith and Wesson 38/44 Outdoorsman revolver, cal. .38 Special, Serial #41685. Manufactured in 1933, the pistol is in overall very good condition with a 6 ½” barrel. The pistol retains approximately 80-85% of its blued finish with the majority ofthe finish loss at the muzzle from holster wear. Both the trigger and hammer show the majority of their original case color. The wood checkered medallion grips are in very good condition showing small mars consistent with use. The bore is very good, the action crisp and markings sharp on this pistol. (C+R). Est.: $600-$1,200.
