Smith & Wesson New Departure “Bicycle Model” DA revolver, .38 cal., 2” barrel, blue finish, checkered black hard rubber grips, #173838*. This gun is in overall fine condition showing the return-to-factory starafter the serial number and “1.47” date on the inside of the left front grip strap, indicating return to factory for repair or re-finish in January, 1947; majority of finish remaining, very good bore, action andgrips, strong case colors on trigger. Formerly in the Dr. John Hall collection, founding member of the S & W Collector’s Assoc. Est.: $300-$500.

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
