1980 Smith & Wesson Model 15-4 .38 Special 4" Double Action Revolver with Ahrends Grips

Our Assessment: The Smith & Wesson Model 15, also called the K-38 Combat Masterpiece, is another classic from Smith. The Model 15 is like the Model 14 but sets itself apart with its Baughman quickdraw sight and shorter barrel. Though firearms development has progressed since the '60s, the name "Combat Masterpiece" was well earned by this revolver. Often issued by law enforcement agencies in the mid-20th century, this revolver embodies the reliability for which Smith & Wesson is famous. If you are seeking a carry, service revolver or home defense revolver this handgun is up to the task. This one is well suited to joining a Smith & Wesson collection, it is truly a gem!
