Smith & Wesson First Model Third Issue .22 caliber 7-shot revolver, New York style scroll engraved, nickel plated, ivory grips, #84084 showing approx. 89% un-cleaned original nickel finish with the majority of the loss on the cylinder. There is some scattered erosion and pinprick pitting, crisp action, good markings; ivory grips are very good with beautiful color and graining; barrel hinge is tight and solid; provenance: to our collector from the late Larry Fry collection.
