This Second Model Ladysmith revolver was manufactured between 1906 and 1910 and features the pull forward cylinder latch located under the barrel, blade and notch sights, standard two line address/patent dates marked on top of the barrel, "22 S&W CTG." flanked by Maltese crosses on the left side and the S&W logo on the left side of the frame. Nickel finish with casehardened trigger and hammer and fitted with a pair of smooth pearl grips with S&W medallions. Complete with a homemade wooden case.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original nickel finish with overall light scratches and handling marks. The hammer retains most of the original vivid case colors and the trigger shows strong traces of original case colors with the balance a smooth gray patina. The grips are excellent with a couple light scuffs and handling marks. The markings remain clear and crisp. The action is excellent. The case is very good with the exception of the latch missing.
