SN: BFJ4828 #36 of 500 July edition of the "Twelve Revolvers" - a limited edition Ellett Brothers exclusive where a new revolver was released each month for the year of 1990 with an action scene & title inspired by early S&W advertisers. 'The Model of 1950 .44 Special Target' Large frame double-action revolver chambered in .44 Special, manufactured circa 1990. Features a blued finish, 6 1/2" barrel with serrated sighting rib, raised ramp front sight, adjusted micrometer click rear sight, shrouded ejector rod, fluted six-shot cylinder, serrated .265" service trigger, .375" semi-target hammer, three screw square butt N target frame and two-piece checkered Goncalo Alves target grips with silver S&W medallions. Includes the original factory two-piece blued cardboard box with tool, documents, parchment paper, cleaning tools and matching label. The revolver exhibits nearly all of it's original finish showing a light drag line on the cylinder with no other observed wear. Action is smooth with tight lock-up, the bore is pristine and the wood grips are extra fine. Condition is near NRA Perfect in box. ***Modern Firearm****
