The lot features a Sioux Native American Indian pipe tomahawk drop with excellent 19th century glass trade seed beadwork. The piece shows the traditional shape with an Indian leather construction with tanned hide fringe. The front shows a red trade clothe accent with the impressive glass trade seed beads in chalk white, medium green, greasy yellow, and dark purple. The reverse shows a rich red ocher and yellow ocher mineral dye and overall the piece shows good condition. Measures 22"L with fringe and top strap. Triangular shape is 7.75"L x 3 5/8"W.
