Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Nov 24
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Monday Dec 8 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. If during the last seconds a horse is bid is placed
2017 GRADE Black Quarter Pony Gelding
Sherman is that true unicorn pony that is so hard to find. 13 Hands, 8yrs old. He is absolutely a babysitter for the most beginner, timid rider yet he will easy lope slow correct circles for my 4yr old sister. He has a super smooth rocking chair lope and easy riding trot. He has given her so much confidence to lope and trot a “big horse”. Our neighbor’s boy is 6 and a timid rider, we hand him Sherman, and he has so much fun riding him out gathering the cows and playing with Sherman. Sherman has a true one-handed neck rein, is easy to steer and handle for the little kids. My sister has also rode him in town. He is just so solid broke. He is more whoa than go but will easily walk, trot, lope and stop. Whether it’s in the arena, down the trail, out on the ranch or in town Sherman is the same horse everywhere he goes. I have both drug and roped the roping dummy with him. He goes through the obstacle course with ease. He takes time off well, saddles up the same every time. He is easy to catch, gets along well in a mixed herd and gets along will all the other animals including pigs, llamas, goats and poultry. Sherman is good for the farrier. He is up to date on vaccinations and age verified by the vet. PPEs welcome at your expense. We will hold him up to 10 days for free and we are glad to help arrange transportation.

HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
