Sharps metallic cartridge conversion SRC to .50-70 cal., 22” round barrel, blue and case hardened finish, wood stocks, #58329 in overall very good to near fine condition showing the majority of its muted military blue finish on the barrel,considerable case colors on the receiver and lockplate that displays the R.S. Lawrence Patent date of April 12th 1859 and the Sharps Patent date of Oct. 5th 1852; fine bore, crisp action, very good markings and wood with some old mars to theright side of the forend and mars, scratches and a crack to the lower portion of the butt stock; inspector cartouches are crisp on the left side of the butt stock; DFC at mid-stock and EF at the saddle ring bar. A very nice Sharps conversionwith a great look. (Antique). Est.: $2,500-$5,000.
