Scarce combination powder tester and Wheelock spanner circa 1650 – 1690. 6-7/8” from end to end. The powder tester shows hand engraved small numerals, a spring on small ratchet, simple in design but effective. Thecombination tool shows some light to slightly heavy pitting and erosion.
