Manufactured circa late 1870s - early 1880s. The only visible marking is on the left side of the barrel "PAT. JAN. 15, JULY 18''76, PAT IN ENG.". It is 22 caliber and is capable of shooting darts or lead slugs. The frame is a solid piece with integral barrel and bolt mounts. In front of the frame is a spring loaded plunger which is used to create the compression and cock the action. All nickel finish, small cone front sight and an integral notch rear sight at the breech. Complete with a wire stock.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 95% plus of the original nickel finish which is beginning to take on a "frosted" appearance, with scattered small areas of flaking. The stock retains 40% frosted finish. Mechanically excellent.
