Scarce Marlin Model 1887 DA .38 cal. revolver, deluxe period scroll engraved, nickel plated, ivory grips, serial #6616. The revolver shows 75-85% original nickel with most of the loss on the cylinder, somelight erosion just starting, and some drifting to natural metal color. The nickel is complete, uncleaned and in its natural state. The ivory grips are very good+ with a lovely patina. The hammer and trigger showconsiderable case hardening and the trigger guard shows most of its blue. Crisp edges, sharp markings, good action, very good bore. The engraving is more deluxe than normally found with profusely engraved cylinder. From a prominent San Diego collector. Est.: $1,400-$2,800

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
