These were produced between 1964 to 1968, when the Eagle Gun Company went bankrupt. All the designs, tooling, fixturing and assets were later sold to Phoenix Arms in the production of the "Spit Fire" carbine. Though a predecessor of the Spit Fire, this carbine is not affected by the BATFE ruling against the Spit Fire. The front sight assembly is missing and has a standard peep rear sight. Eagle Gun Company Inc. markings on the magazine well. Cast aluminum, vertical foregrip with a grooved and ribbed upper area, and a wood buttstock. With 3 extra magazines.
