Scarce Civil War era Adams patent percussion Navy size revolver, by Mass Arms Co. .36 caliber percussion, 5-shot, Kerrs patent rammer, blue finish, checkered wood grips, 6” octagon barrel, serial #633. Cased withaccessories. The pistol remains in original good to very good condition showing 30-50% original blue that is evenly drifting and toning to brown. Some slight erosion and pinprick pitting just starting. The bottom of the barrel shows old stamps “P CSA”. The grips are good to very good with sharp checkering, markings are sharp, edges very crisp, action good, bore very good. The revolver is contained with a period greenfelt-lined case fitted to this revolver. The interior of the case shows one broken partition, some indentions opening at the corners, normal aging, but at least good. The exterior of the case is a veneered walnut,some breaks at the edges, and also good to very good. The case, though English in style, is probably American made. The case contains a bag flask in good condition, a Mass Arms marked brass mold which shows some use, a
