This artillery Luger was sold after WWI as a commercial pistol. The top of the charmer is marked "1918/1920" with the right frame rail marked "GERMANY" indicating commercial sales. The top of the front toggle is marked "DWM" and it has blade and tangent rear sights, with the latter numbered to the gun. Imperial Eagle proofs on right side of barrel extension and barrel, with a crown/gothic letter proof on the right barrel extension. Visible numbers on the pistol are matching. Straw colored small parts and non-matching nickel plated magazine with wood base (4348 / b / +).

Condition: Very good, with faded original blue finish with the stock lug ground off of a refinished back strap. Cold blue touch-up present on muzzle and side plate. The grips are very fine with some scattered minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
