Auction Details
Restaurant equipment that was abandoned by the former tenant and has sat dormant for years. A global eco-conscious general contracting company has stepped in to utilize the space in Kakaako for non-restaurant purposes and would like to have these re-used and recycled as much as possible to reduce landfill waste. Also find dining room tables & chairs, stainless steel sinks, carts, ice maker, wooden entry doors and Mexican-motif accent decor.
The equipment was briefly tested and functionality is noted in the description of each item. Please expect that many of these may need cleaning and some may require repair. General rust and termite damage was observed.
Online auction ends January 20 (starts ending at 6pm, with lots closing in one-minute intervals). Pick-up Monday & Tuesday, Jan 22 & 23 (10am to 5pm) from Dole Cannery Iwilei (by Costco Iwilei).
This is a credit card-only auction, which means the credit card you signed up with during the registration process will be automatically charged after the auction ends. Accepted forms of payment: VISA/MC.
Invoices will be e-mailed the night the auction ends. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount, plus 4.712% Tax. All items sold “as is” & “where-is”. No implied warranties or guarantees. All sales final. No returns for any reason.
Auction starts ending at 6pm in one-minute intervals. A three-minute extension occurs on any lot in which anyone submits a bid with less than 3 minutes left on that lot's countdown timer. Refresh your browser frequently to display the most current bid.
