Royal quality Japanese Tonto or small sword with ornate silver and gold mountings and fine lacquer work. The mounts are very expertly made and show a foaming sea design accented gold on silver. The blade is anexcellent state of polish and is very old with gold signature. Measures 10-1/2" and the dagger is approx. 16" overall in scabbard. The kozuka knife and silver mounts are retained on scabbard. With Sword SocietyAppraisal in Japanese we are in the process of translating and will supply interested parties by request.
