The lock plate is script marked "Rogers". The barrel is equipped with a 11 inch long snap bayonet with the bayonet release on the upper tang. A pair of British proofs are stamped on the upper left barrel flat at the breech. The reverse plate, ramrod pipes, and the trigger guard are brass with an engraved floral blossom on the trigger guard and pineapple trigger guard finial. Full length straight grip stock with checkered wrist, two iron barrel wedges, and flat brass buttplate with a floral engraving on the buttplate tang. Complete with a horn tipped wooden ramrod.

Condition: Good. The barrel has a mottled gray patina and the hammer and lock plate have a mixed gray patina. The barrel has even mild pitting which extends to the snap bayonet. The brass has an untouched aged patina. The stock is fine with some minor dings, scratches and pressure marks, along with a hairline crack near the upper tang and a long crack on the underside of the forearm. The checkering is crisp. Mechanically fine.
