1. BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder with reserve.
2. BIDDING DISPUTES: The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such
matters shall be final.
3. TERMS OF SALE: Full name and address will be required when filling out buyers number. CASH, no
exceptions. (Personal checks are considered cash.) Drivers license or some other form of positive ID will be
required for checks.
4. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: A certificate of registration will be furnished for those that are registered and
handed out to buyer.
5. HEALTH: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment. Interstate health papers will be furnished for
each animal over six months of age. Each animal requiring T.B. and Bang's test in accordance with Federal
Regulations will have been tested within 30 days of sale date. Such tests have been made by federally
accredited veterinarian and blood samples have been processed by a state or federally accredited laboratory.
6. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any changes from information of any kind in this catalog will be announced from the
auction box and such announcements will take precedence.
7. GUARANTEE: All animals sold are guaranteed as represented by the owner. Females in calf or with calf by
side, are considered breeders without further guarantee. All females vet checked with calf will be announced at sale time. Fertility tested bulls will be announced.
8. LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and Sayre Auction, LLC assumes no
liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that may occur.
9. POSSESSION: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer
thereof, but possession cannot be obtained by him until payment is made. Buyers must make arrangements
with Sayre Auction, LLC for stock until removed.
10. CONTRACT: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller
of each animal sold.
11. TRANSPORTATION: Delivery of purchased stock can be arranged by Sayre Auction, LLC officials,
Livestock hauling representatives will be announced prior to auction. Insurance available at the ranch.
12. MAIL BIDS: To anyone who cannot attend the sale and would like to send in mail bids, these will be
handled in the strictest of confidence. A check for 1/2 of the bid must be included.
Clicking to bid is a binding contract. Successful winning bids constitute as final sales. No refunds available. Hauling is organized and funded at the owner's expense. If payment is made by credit card there is a 4% transaction fee.
