Riata is a pretty, friendly, gentle mule that is like a mountain goat in the trail. She is great going up an down the roughest, steepest or rockiest trail you can find. She steps over downed trees, walks through water and crosses bridges. She is good with dogs, wildlife, traffic and machinery. She is very controllable in all situations. She has an excellent neckrein, stops, backs, sidepasses and is responsive to all leg cues. She meets you at the gate, enjoys attention, is easy to clip & bathe. She has impeccable ground manners, stands great to saddle and mount, loads and hauls well. Riata is confident riding out by herself and away from others and the barn willingly. She can really travel out when asked and is good to lead or happy to follow a group. A pretty mover and is smooth and collected at all gaits. She is handy and an asset on the ranch doing everything from gathering cattle, opening gates, ponying colts and great packing out antlers. Riata is a reliable, easy going mule with a laid back personality that will take care of you in the trail or on the ranch. She is built to carry any size rider and will make a wonderful partner for the entire family to enjoy for years to come. FMI call Bryan @ 406-839-4224.
