Remington rolling block holster marked with original marking “Pattern Pistol Frog / Bureau order Feb. 22nd 1870 / Ord Dept. U.S.N.Y.W. F.M.R.” and anchor. This rare pattern holster remains in very good original condition showing some cracking and crazing and is missing the flap. Belt loop still attached. Refer Remington Rolling Block Pistols by Jerry Landskron pages 120 and 121 for similar examples. An important accessory for the rolling block collector and military equipment collector alike. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
