Remington long-range Creedmoor rifle, .44 Sharps caliber, straight caliber, 34” half round half octagon barrel, checkered select wood factory stock, blue and case hardened finish, proper long-range sight with original mount at heel of stock for prone shooting, windage adjustable front sight with spirit level of proper age to the rifle. The rifle shows 90-95% original blue on barrel that is still bright with some slight scratches atthe edges, just beginning normal aging and a good barrel address with small inscribed lineup line and punch-dot indicating precise assembly. The rifle is numbered 3584 and shows clear patent dates on left side offrame, approx. 50-60% case hardening that is fading with some light colors still visible. The stocks are very good plus with a slight compression crack by the rear of the tang on right side. A couple of bruises, dents,normal aging, but still sharp checkering, buffalo horn inlay in pistol grip, most of the original varnish. The forend cap show drifting original silver the breech block, hammer, and sidebar show 50-60% thinning
