Manufactured from 1863 to 1875. The revolver has the standard three line New Model barrel marking on the top flat. "U" inspection mark is stamped on trigger guard with "K" on frame and "D" on the underside of barrel. The barrel is numbered to the gun. Fitted with smooth grips.

Condition: Very good plus. 20% of the original blue remains, mostly in the protected areas on the frame and loading lever with an overall mottled gray patina. There are a few patches of minor pitting. The front sight is a replacement and the top strap has a series of dings. The grips are fine, with a small missing chip near the bottom and some minor handling marks.
