Remington New Model .36 caliber percussion revolver with Naval acceptance stamp at rear breech of barrel, brown patina finish, wood grips, serial #24028. The metal surfaces show a medium brown patina with scattered lightto slightly heavy pitting and erosion, the heavier pitting around the muzzle and a few places on the cylinder. There are some nicks and mars on the cylinder. The barrel address is good. The grips are good with wear at thebottoms, some dings, scratches, normal wear, and some nicks on the butt from tacking. The action is good, bore is rough. These Naval marked Remingtons are increasingly scarce and desirable to martial collectors. Est: $1,500-3000
