Remington Model 1890 Single Action Army revolver manufactured in 1892. Remington manufactured approximately 2,020 Model 1890 Single Action Army revolvers between 1891 and 1896. The Model 1890 Single Action Army revolver is one of the most sought after Remington handguns. The revolver has a full nickel-plated finish with two-piece, hard rubber, black, checkered grips with the Remington Arms monogram at the top of the grip. The top of the barrel is roll-stamped: "REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILLION, N.Y." in one line. The caliber designation "44 C.F.W." is roll-stamped on the left side of the frame. The serial number, "719", is stamped on the left side of the butt beneath the grip.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 90% plus of the untouched, original nickel-plated finish. There is a barely noticeable spot of exposing minor pitting present on the back strap. The loading gate, cylinder, hammer spur and edges of the muzzle also show slight wear. The barrel and frame markings are sharp. The grips are in excellent condition. The action is crisp. This is an excellent original example of a rare Remington Model 1890 Single Action Army revolver.
