This is an excellent example of a post WWI DWM Model 1920 Commercial Luger semi-automatic pistol, produced for commercial sales. The rear section of the frame has a series of small Thai or Cyrillic markings and next to that it is stamped in large letters "HK/SUHL". The matching Thai or Cyrillic markings are also found on the bottom of the magazine. It has the rust blued metal finish with the straw colored small parts with checkered walnut grips. The top of the chamber area is blank and the front toggle has the standard intertwined "DWM" logo. The left side of the barrel extension, and the under side of barrel have the standard "Crown/N" commercial proofs. The barrel and rear toggle assembly are fitted with standard front and rear fixed sights. It is complete with one magazine that has the polished magazine body, with the wooden base with the matching numbers to the rear of the frame, as noted above

Condition: Excellent overall with 99% of the original rust blue. The various small parts retain 98% of their straw colors. The grips are also in excellent condition showing nice sharp checkering on both sides with only minor handling marks. The pistol has all matching numbers, except the magazine as noted above and the grip panels which are unnumbered.
