R. T. Frazier famous Pueblo, Colorado saddle and leather maker’s personal leather tooling and working equipment contained within an old wood instrument box numbering over 50 pieces. A letter of documentation states that Dr. Hull Cook was gifted this set by Frazier when Cook was a school teacher in near Pinon. He often stopped at the saddle shop to visit Frazier when he was becoming elderly in 1929 and one day he gifted him this set when he decided to quit the business and Dr. Hull kept the set for 71 years.
